Ref: GRADUATING STUDENTS IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

The office of Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic, Research and Consultancy wishes to congratulate all students who have been approved by the Senate at its meeting held on Thursday, 12^th of November 2020, as Graduating Students of the Academic Year 2019/2020. All Graduands are required to observe the following:

• The list of students mentioned below are only students qualifying for graduation for the academic year 2019/2020.
• If your name does not appear on the Graduands List, please consult first your Faculty Dean for the purpose of resolving your academic issues or the Bursar for the purpose of resolving your billing issues.
• The Convocation day is 27^th of November, 2020 followed by the Graduation on 28^th of November, 2020.
• All Graduating Students are required to make clearance and observe the date of collecting the Transcripts and Certificate which will be announced immediately after the graduation date.

• Procedures for clearance:

2. DIRECTOR OF LIBRARY      

3. STORE KEEPER         

4. STUDENT ORGANIZATION OFFICER          

5. DEAN OF STUDENTS

6. FINANCE DEPARTMENT

7. ADMISSION OFFICE

Note:    Clearance is automated, should be done on SAMIS not otherwise. Each student may start his/her  clearance to any of the given office except that the ADMISSION OFFICE shall be your last point for the purpose of temporary activating your account which will last immediately after printing your Transcript.

• Each Graduating student is required to pay Tshs 10,000/ (Ten Thousands only) as Certificate Fee in the following bank account.

Note: Your Pay Slip should be submitted to the office of the FINANCE DEPARTMENT when you collect your Certificate.
